As of 8/1/2010 there are 142 homes on the market in Los Alamos county. The graph shows the trend over the past several months, of the number of listed homes in Los Alamos county. For a while, there has been a significant and persistent downward trend in the number of listed homes that lasted through January 2010, that signals a trend towards upward pressure on home prices. However, now we are again seeing an upward trend in the number of homes available for sale. Call me to find out how this impacts you!.
