Number of Available Houses

Historically, the ratio of the number of homes sold in a month to the total number of listed homes determines whether the market is a buyers' or sellers' market. As of 8/1/2008 there are 311 homes on the market and the ratio is 0.06. Sales had decreased significantly in the winter months, but have now increased and peaked. Home prices are down by several percent compared to 2007. Please contact me to determine the most suitable price that will sell your home, or to buy a home at an affordable price.
